All our payments are accepted via PAYPAL AND CREDITCARDS trough SRIPES. Stripes is a trusted and secured online payment method.

Secure Payment?

We never keep any of your bank account details. Transactions on our website are handled by a secure payment platform managed by our partner, Mollie. Any payments you make on our site are totally secure.

Payment Refused?

If your payment wasn’t successful, please try completing your order with another method of payment. If this doesn’t work, and you cannot complete your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@donnayara.com Our team will be delighted to help you.

PAYING FOR AN ORDER WITH A GIFT CARD

To use your gift card, you just have to enter the code in the ‘Discount voucher/Shop credit’ field of your basket. You will also find a drop-down menu showing all of your available shop credit funds.

How can I See my gift card balance?

You can check your online gift card balance on the ‘My Account/Online Gift Card’ page.
If you have paid for an order that is lesser than the value of the balance on your online gift card/credit note, the difference will be automatically credited back to either within one hour.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoices are visible on the ‘My Account/My Orders’ page. You simply have to click on the order to download the invoice for it.

How to track my order?

Your shipping information email will include the tracking number for your package. For all shipping we use Track & Trace and insurance services. All deliveries require a signature, please ensure somebody is at home so sign for the goods.

How long will delivery take?

We will pack your order with love and care within 1-3 business days.

After shipping your order will be delivered
NL: 1-2 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days

Will I be charted for customs and import?

Please note that If your delivery address is outside the EU customs duty or sales tax may occur, depending on your local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. Please contact your local customs office for further details. We cannot control what happens at customs. Also orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD (cash on delivery). The cost of shipping is non-refundable. All purchases are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

How can I change my order ?

You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been placed, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item. Please be aware that you only have one hour to cancel an order after it has been placed.

How I to cancelled my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you have one hour to cancel it should you need to. To do so, go to the ‘My Account/My Orders’ page. After one hour is up, you will be unable to cancel the order. However, once you have received your package, you will have 14 days to send back your items and claim a refund.

Can I group my order?

Any orders you have made the same half day, will be grouped together – on condition that you have chosen the same delivery method and shipping address. When your orders are grouped together, you will only pay the shipping costs for the single package – you will be automatically refunded the shipping costs of each separate item that is grouped in with your first order.


Return Policy

Return conditions

Our aim is to deliver a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your online order from DonnaYara.com you can return your products within 14 working days once you have received your order.

Products must be returned clean nor damage and have all their tags, original packing and in the same condition as you received them provided with a copy of the invoice. If we did not send your returned product(s) retour within 10 working days, your return has been declared as accepted. You will be refunded as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 10 working days, via the account used for payment. Please note that we need to register your return within 14 working days once you have received your order. DonnaYara will not be responsible for the delivery costs for these retours.

Internationale package

  • If it possible provide us with a tract and trace number. DonnaYara suggests you get a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

  • If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘ RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs chargesDonnaYara is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you do not qualify for our return policy if:

• Without a return code from us.
• There is no original label/ hangtag.
• More than 14 days has passed since you received your order.
• The product has been damaged, have signs of use and is not in the same condition as when delivered.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. All fees in connection with the return delivery of unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.
